Gregory W. LeFils, CPA

For over twenty-five years, Greg has specialized in identifying and meeting the needs of professionals, individuals, and closely held businesses. His expertise includes transition of ownership, tax planning, and related issues affecting businesses and individuals together with providing chief financial officer type accounting services on an outsource basis.

A native of Florida, Greg received his BBA degree in accounting from Stetson University. After graduating in 1981 Greg concentrated on developing accounting services and programs suited to best serve small business. During this process he has been instrumental in assisting many small business client achieve their goals of financial success.

Greg is active in the Central Florida community and has served on the Executive Board of YMCA, the Central Florida Officials Association, and the Orange City Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Victoria A. Kizma, CPA

Vicki is a tax consultant in our firm. She received her B.S. in Accounting in 1980 from Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia. She then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia in 1982. She has also received post-graduate training in income taxation from Capital Law School, in Columbus, Ohio. She has been a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1983.

Vicki's work experience includes eight years as a tax consultant and manager with Deloitte and Touche, LLP in Columbus, Ohio. While there, she specialized in partnership and corporate taxation.

Vicki has been a member of our office in Orange City since 1995. She works in the areas of individual income tax, small business tax, not-for-profit reporting, payroll tax, estate tax, and all areas of Florida tax.

Melissa J. Trickey, CPA

Mrs. Trickey, a LeFils & Co., LLC audit team member, has practiced accounting for almost fourteen years. She currently manages our Ormond Beach office, where she is responsible for managing, supervising, and performing a broad base of accounting services for clients. Her experience includes individual income tax, small business tax, not-for-profit reporting, as well as Governmental accounting.

A graduate of Stetson University in 1995, Melissa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is certified by the State of Florida in Public Accountancy, and is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

Melissa routinely attends continuing education courses provided by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Florida Institute of Certified Public accounts on a variety of topics including accounting and auditing for not-for-profits.

John H Brim, CPA

John brings to the firm over 30 years of experience serving the Central Florida area with the merger of his firm with LeFils & Company LLC in 2008. While concentrating in the West Volusia area he has served individuals and business in their business and financial planning, accounting and tax needs in all of Volusia County and Seminole and Orange Counties as well.

John's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech (Georgia Institute of Technology), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Technological University (now University of Central Florida, and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Florida Technological University graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

John has been active in voluntary service to the community and has served as past president of the Debary-Deltona Rotary Club and past Chief Volunteer Officer of the West Volusia YMCA. He has also been active in his church. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
